How To Tie a Blanket Scarf

How To Tie a Blanket Scarf

Travel Essentials. Encircled creates versatile minimalist clothes with the everyday traveler in mind. Each piece is Made in Canada, out of sustainable, and eco friendly materials.

It's Fall. Yay!

The PERFECT time for a new tutorial, and this week, we're focusing on THE fall must-have, the Blanket Scarf.

I'm using our versatile Chrysalis Cardi as the scarf {It really also does make a great blanket on the plane} but the tutorial will work with ANY large scarf in your closet that you can fold into a triangle.

The bigger the scarf, the better!

Step 1 // Get your scarf into a square shape. With our Chrysalis Cardi, I've simply flattened out the loop of the scarf.

Step 2 // Fold one corner to the opposite corner of the Scarf to create a triangle.

Step 3 // Position the 'triangle' scarf like a bandana, and wrap around your neck. This is where having more fabric is better. You can really fluff up the scarf, to feel super cozy in the fall/winter.

Step 4 // Play around with the front of the scarf to add volume. Style with your favourite fall jacket!
