What's the pre-sale bonus offer?

I have a discount code. Can I use it with the Black Friday sale?
Unfortunately we can only accept our automatic Black Friday discount codes during this sale time. No additional codes are allowed on Black Friday items or Flash Sales.
I have a gift card, Customer Love Money, or store credit. Can I use it during Black Friday?
Absolutely! To use a gift card or store credits that have been issued as a gift card, simply enter the code on the checkout page on the right hand side of the promo/gift card box. Trying to use a Treet code? Please email customer love at contact@encircled.ca so we can help you before you order!
When will my order be shipped?
Due to the high volume of orders, there may be delays of up to 5 business days on top of our standard shipping times.
My order contains a pre-order item. When will it ship?
If your order contains an item on pre-order, your package will ship as per the approximate pre-order ship date indicated on the product page, regardless of which shipping option is selected. If your pre-order item is NOT on sale for black friday, your return/exchange period begins when the product arrives at your door.
Please place your orders separately if you require non pre-order items to arrive ahead of the pre-order item.
How will my order ship? How much will it cost?

Can I combine orders if I order several times to save on shipping?
Due to how our warehouse system works we are unable to combine orders.
I just bought an item, and now it's on sale. What are my options?
If you bought your encircled item within 48-hours of it going on promotion for Black Friday, we will match the sale price with the difference issued via a gift card. However, please note if you choose the price match the item will be subject to the terms & conditions of our Black Friday which means it will be final sale - no returns or exchanges.
