Great news! We’ve extended our returns policy to make holiday gifting even easier!

Any purchases made between November 12th, 2024 and December 12th, 2024 will be covered by our extended return policy. You’ll have until January 12th, 2024 to notify us about the intent to return or exchange your order. 

Purchases made after December 12th will be covered by our standard 30 day returns policy.

We require that once a return or exchange is approved, all returns be postmarked by Thursday, January 12th, 2024 to be eligible for a refund. Any returns postmarked after this date will be store credit only.

Please note, standard conditions for returns and exchanges still apply. All items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

To get your order by December 25th please order by:

• For Ontario destined shipments, order by December 19th, 2024.
• For Canadian shipments (outside of Ontario), order by December 17th, 2024.
• For the U.S. Cross Border Shipments, order by December 11th, 2024.
• For International Shipments (outside CA and US) order by December 4th, 2024.
