I love how versatile this dress is. Also, it's the only dress that comes in petite. I tried other encircled dresses and none work if your petite. Would love to see more dress in petite sizing, I and others have asked for years, still nothing except the chrysalis cardi. I also love how more colors came out for this item. Would love to see this in the color Scarlet Red.
I am so impressed with the customer service. My first delivery was lost, after not receiving, they quickly answered my emails and sent a new shipment. It was a pleasure dealing with them. So far I am loving the material of the Chrysalis cardi. I am locking forward to use it different ways at home and when I travel.

I wore the Chrysalis Cami as a dress for a semi-formal wedding. I was comfortable and felt so confident. Fit was perfect. I’m usually a 12-14 and followed the sizing guide - bought a medium. Fabric is so soft!
Bought this in early 2020 and didn't have much chance to experience its full potentional until now! Brought the instructions with me and wore it as a scarf on the plane and as a dress for multiple meals. I felt very elegant and pretty!

Can I return my Semi-Annual Sale order?
No. As this is an incredibly deep discount that we’ve never offered before, there are no full refunds/returns, however we are offering the option of full store credit for regular priced merchandise that’s 30% off in the sale. So, please shop intentionally and contact Customer Love prior to ordering with any sizing, style or fit questions!

My Item went on sale less than 24 hours of purchasing it
We will price match for any items on sale if you ordered within 24 hours before the sale was posted, however the item then becomes subject to the terms and conditions of the sale. If it is a regular merchandise item, it will become exchangeable for store credit only. All other marked down sale items are final sale.

How do I initiate a store credit after receiving my items?
Email contact@encircled.ca with your order number, and they will start the process. The return label fee is waived for Canadian and US returns for store credit. Shipping and handling costs if applicable are non-refundable. Once the item is received at our studio, we’ll issue your store credit to the email on file with your order. Store credits never expire and are in the form of a gift card, so they can be used at any time, even during promotions.
I received the wrong Colour / item.
Oops! Someone might've been recovering from jet lag, and shipped the wrong one. Let us know, and we’ll take care of it. Email contact@encircled.ca and we’ll send you a pre-paid label to return the item and once it's tracking, send out the correct goods.
