Can I return my Semi-Annual Sale order?
No. As this is an incredibly deep discount that we’ve never offered before, there are no full refunds/returns, however we are offering the option of full store credit for regular priced merchandise that’s 30% off in the sale. So, please shop intentionally and contact Customer Love prior to ordering with any sizing, style or fit questions!
- Regular priced merchandise - additional 30% off applied in cart. Can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of notifying Customer Love.
- Already marked down/sale styles - Retail price is on sale plus 30% off applied in cart. These are final sale - no returns, refunds, store credit or exchanges, per our standard terms for final sale merchandise.

I have a gift-card or store-credit. Can I use it?
Absolutely! To use a gift-card or store-credits that have been issued as a gift card, simply enter the code on the checkout page on the right hand side.
What charity are you supporting with your sale?
Our Semi Annual sale partners with a charity every year to donate for every order received during the week. Our charity this year is Indspire.

My Item went on sale less than 24 hours of purchasing it
We will price match for any items on sale if you ordered within 24 hours before the sale was posted, however the item then becomes subject to the terms and conditions of the sale. If it is a regular merchandise item, it will become exchangeable for store credit only. All other marked down sale items are final sale.
Please email contact@encircled.ca, and we can coordinate providing store credit in the form of an e-gift card.
How do I initiate a store credit after receiving my items?
Email contact@encircled.ca with your order number, and they will start the process. The return label fee is waived for Canadian and US returns for store credit. Shipping and handling costs if applicable are non-refundable. Once the item is received at our studio, we’ll issue your store credit to the email on file with your order. Store credits never expire and are in the form of a gift card, so they can be used at any time, even during promotions.
I received the wrong Colour / item.
Oops! Someone might've been recovering from jet lag, and shipped the wrong one. Let us know, and we’ll take care of it. Email contact@encircled.ca and we’ll send you a pre-paid label to return the item and once it's tracking, send out the correct goods.
